How can I place an order?

The parts can be ordered in several ways:
You can either call us by dialing any of the phone numbers of our sales department and dictate your order.

Within 15 minutes you will receive a response to your email address on the amount, availability of spare parts and suggested interchanges.

Prices and Discounts

All reference prices listed in the price list are provided in Euro. Moreover your discount is applied in accordance with a system of discounts. All prices in Euro are given for your reference and convenience of comparison. Prices in the bills/invoices are provided in Belarusian rubles.

Payment

Payment is made from your bank account or via bank settlement account, if you work without opening a current account.

Payment by installments

For your convenience, a supply agreement provides 5 working days for payment settlement starting from the date of shipment. The date of shipment is the day of the issuance of corresponding invoice.

Accompanying shipping documents

All shipments are made in accordance and referring to the corresponding invoices. New clients are provided with a full set of certificates. If necessary, at your request, we can also provide an additional set of certificates or renew expiring certificates.

Logistics and Delivery

We have organized our own deliveries to all regions of the country several times per week. Moreover every 30 minutes a delivery car leaves our warehouse to deliver spare parts to our customers within the territory of Minsk.  More detailed delivery schedule to your region you can check with a regional manager.

Warranty Terms

Shate-M Plus ensures 12 month warranty period for the distributed goods or 20 000 km run on condition that all the requirements on storage, installation and usage were fully met in accord with the stated specifications, technical characteristics and the present statement herewith provided, but for the goods which are not subject to the warranty period terms and are not covered by the clauses of the present statement.
The main terms of the guarantee:
1.1. The warranty terms for the goods are provided on condition of full compliance by the consumer/buyer with the following terms:
1.1.2. Goods exploitation and /or storage in accordance with the set of specifications, technical characteristics and recommendations of the manufacturer;
1.1.3. The availability of order form documents on the installation of the goods on a vehicle fulfilled by the certified workshop;
1.1.4. The availability of permission given to the certified workshop to conduct this type of work for the given application model;
1.1.5. Conclusion on faulty spare part issued by the workshop;
1.1.6. The compliance of the installed goods with the car /application specifications.
1.2. At the same time customers - legal entities shall provide an approval document on purchasing goods from a private enterprise "Shate-M plus".
   For consumers - individuals the availability of the documents as a proof of purchasing the goods is preferable. Nevertheless, the lack of such document confirming the acquisition of goods is not a ground for refusal of consideration and compliance with the terms of warranty.
As a confirmation of goods purchasing one may use documents and other evidences pointing that the goods have been purchased from the given seller (the testimony, the elements of packaging (packing), providing the marks proving the acquisition of goods at the given vendor).
1.3. The warranty does not cover:
1.3.1. Wear- out and natural changes of spare parts while their maintenance on a vehicle in accordance with the requirements of the manufacturer;
1.3.2. Consumables, technical fluids and parts the replacement of which is required by the regular maintenance service (bulbs, oil, filters, car care products, automotive chemicals, fuses, etc.) when installed in the car;
1.3.3. For spare parts with the marks of mechanical damage resulting from improper storage, improper installation or any activities counter to the recommendations of the manufacturer;
1.4. Warranty case does not occur and Private Enterprise Shate-M Plus is not responsible for the quality of the goods:
1.4.1. if the defect in the goods is a result of its misuse, the impact of weather conditions or other external factors, improper installation and / or storage;
1.4.2. if the wear-out of the spare part is recognized by the manufacturer as a natural for a certain run period;
1.4.3. if the damage to the parts occurred due to an accident, improper mounting or careless operation;
1.4.4. if the defect of parts and elements of fuel and exhaust systems occurred due to the improper use of oil type/grade counter to the specifications stated by the manufacturer for the given application;
1.4.5. if the damage (in particular suspension parts and steering) occurred due to careless driving on rough road (extreme load on the vehicle);
1.4.6. in case of mechanical damage of components;
1.4.7. If failing/breakdown of the given part was caused by the breakdown of another part, unit or assembly.

Goods Return

The return of the goods shall be made upon the shipping documents within the 14 days from the date of purchase (shipment) of goods providing that properties of the goods are fully maintained (i.e. have no marks of installation, ensuring the completeness of the package, its due arrangement, and parts kitting).
